Is a label with 2 parts; a smaller section to stick on the front of the case note to make the user aware of important information written on the larger section stuck on the inside. This keeps the front of the case note folder uncluttered but ensures that important facts about the patient are not missed. These are intended to be applied over our Colocode labels on files where the edges are very worn and the labels can’t stick securely. They can also be fixed to the torn corners and edges of very worn files instead of replacing the whole file. They do not dry out, fall off or discolour. They are made of very tough polyester. The backing paper is designed to be peeled off one half at a time so that you can stick the first half over the label or area to be repaired first then peel off the other half to wrap around.
