Outguides

In any busy filing system, filing and finding efficiently is the key. Knowing when files are out of the system and where they have gone is very important. Looking for files which have gone Walkabout costs a lot of money, aggravation and can be dangerous to someone's health- and we don't mean only the filing clerk! Outguides are especially useful  for unfiled mail. Put reports or documents in the Outguide and file temporarily until the patient record is returned. Excellent for use with portrait or landscape filing.

Alphabetic Outguides

The body is double thickness to improve rigidity. The pocket    holds papers which arrive when the file is out. The tab projects boldly and is big enough to flag with coloured labels to identify the user as well as numbered or lettered labels.

Numeric Outguides

Actual size is 12.5" x 9" or  15.5" x 9" plus a projecting tab of 1". They are currently available in red or blue.

Plain Outguides

The name of the file can be attached to the Outguide in a number of different ways:- Post-it-Note, peelable label; paper tucked under the clear half
